Starte Thomas Runaway Prevention Program’s mission is to provide safe transitional housing to runaway children in Minneapolis. The Organization will offer a multitude of assistance to youth, as well as teach culinary skills that are essential and profitable and can be used as a positive outlet.

Meet Felicia Robertson!
Felicia Robertson is the owner of Starte Thomas Runaway Prevention Program. Ms. Robertson has a strong culinary background that includes working as a Sous Chef, Chef Manager, and Executive Chef.
Ms. Robertson understands what it takes for a formerly incarcerated person to re-enter society and create a new life through hard work and dedication.
She created Starte Thomas Runaway Prevention Program to save the youth in Minneapolis. The Organization is named after her daughter, who died from an overdose on May 7, 2021.
Due to the loss of her daughter and her own experience surviving gun violence, she established Starte Thomas Runaway Prevention Program, as well as educate the youth on human trafficking, overdosing, sexual abuse and violence in the streets.
